Svetlin Ganchev, Creative

Svetlin Ganchev, (30), is currently a managing director at The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, LLC, one of the leading independent real estate investment banking firms. Svetlin has closed more than $5 billion in transactions that span the entire spectrum of the hospitality real estate market: from real estate sales and financings to equity joint ventures. His extensive deal exposure involves a variety of deal sizes, from single property sales to large portfolio financings. Svetlin has extensive experience working on assets throughout the United States and has negotiated sales and financing for leading branded hotels as well as independent, boutique operations. Svetlin holds a B.S. degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University with a real estate finance concentration.

Svetlin envisioned, designed and continues to lead the software development of OpenComps.info.

Oggie Ganchev, Business Development

Oggie Ganchev, (32), is a hotel industry veteran working in the acquisition and development group at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, the investment banking group at DLJ/CSFB Real Estate Investment Banking and the corporate finance department at InterContinental Hotels Group. Oggie holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.

Oggie focuses on the business development of the service and site.

Krikor Kirkorov, Technology

Krikor Kirkorov, (23), oversees the software development of OpenComps.info. Krikor graduated with B.S. Computer Science from St. John’s University.

Other Credit

Further credit must be given to the initial technological expertise of Svetoslav Savchev and Dimitar Kalendjiev of Inphasis, a Bulgarian web development firm.
